Workers' Compensation Regulatory Services provides support for the operation of the Medical Assessment Tribunals (MAT) who have responsibility for making independent medical decisions about a work injury, based on clinical examination and information provided by insurers.

As the Manager, you will lead a team to deliver strategic priorities including efficient and effective administrative support to the MAT and business improvement initiatives that support both departmental and government strategic and business needs. You will provide advice and support to senior executives on emerging issues, enhance capabilities of the Tribunal Services team by leading the development and implementation of workforce management and system improvements and work collaboratively with the leadership team to promote a culture of support and accountability by continuously monitoring team performance and achievements.
