Principal Agency Engagement Officer A07 The Cyber Security Engagement team within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business provides access to and awareness of the Cyber Security Unit for all Queensland government organisations. As a key member of the team, you will provide targeted, specialised engagement and governance support activities to enable the delivery of the sector wide Cyber Resilience Program.

As the Principal Agency Engagement Officer, you will:
- Establish and maintain very strong working relationships with a statewide portfolio of all levels and technical aptitude stakeholders both online and face to face.
- Promote, maintain and enhance effective products and services by collaborating and negotiating with statewide government stakeholders, emphasising and ensuring a robust, risk based, cyber security approach and understanding the impacts of whole-of-Government cyber security initiatives on clients.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for improved agency, industry engagement and collaboration to improve security outcomes for agencies and whole-of- Government.
- Identify and address risks and issues, both internal to the CSI-J and externally within the Queensland Government client base that may affect the successful implementation of statewide cyber security initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate secretariat function for whole-of-Government senior executives including the Cyber Executive Round Table and the Cyber Security Focused Digital Leadership Group meetings including the provision of specialist advice to the key stakeholders.
- Provide secretariat support to a number of Communities of Practice and governance committees lead by CSI-J.
- Custodianship and maintenance of CSU's Core CRM (Podio) and mailbox and any associated analytics and reporting.
The position operates with a high degree of professional autonomy and requires leadership and interpersonal skills commensurate with working in a diverse and complex organisation.
