The Transport Contact Centre team, part of the Customer, Small and Family Business division within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB), plays a vital role in helping Queenslander’s access and navigate the products and services offered by the Queensland Government. Using platforms like phone, email and messaging, the team provides
professional and efficient support for the public.
The Client Relations Consultant role plays an integral role in the achievement of CDSB delivery of quality service to customers relating to registration, driver licensing and industry products and services through voice and messaging channels within a customer contact centre environment.

As a Client Relations Consultant, you will be engaged in a customer focused role within an inbound Transport Contract Centre, dedicated to providing a prompt and efficient service. You will play a crucial part in fulfilling organisational goals by delivering top-quality service. You will represent the department by providing accurate and comprehensive information about Queensland's Registration and Licensing products and services to both industry professionals and individual department clients through multiple platforms.
About You:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service driven by a genuine passion for helping others and an ability to build and maintain resilience when faced with difficult interactions.
- You have exceptional communication abilities enabling you to provide positive, resolution driven experience while engaging effectively with customer and articulating information with clarity.
- You are comfortable with technology, eager to learn new systems and platforms and adaptable to the integration of various tech tools in your workflow.
- You are receptive to feedback and committed to ongoing learning and self-development.
