Ensuring access to business systems are accurate, timely, and complete in accordance with mandatory reporting obligations.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a working and operational knowledge of systems supported by QSS, including
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), SAP ECC, SAP R/3, ServiceNow, CommBiz, Aurion, Card Manager and Promaster.
- Produce security and internal controls reports from Aurion, SAP, ServiceNow, CommBiz, GRC, Card Manager and Promaster including timely report dissemination and tracking, dissemination of system update tasks and updating of relevant databases.
- Review application security internal controls to ensure all relevant documentation has been completed and is up to date.
- Maintain users master records in QSS supported systems effectively in accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor and manage service requests assigned to the team and those escalated by the Customer support team to verify that quality assurance standards and audit requirements are met within service level agreement timeframes (SLAs).
- Review, create or modify new security reports for management and stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the coordination of requests for information from Queensland Audit Office and QGCDG Internal Audit and address issues arising from such requests.
- Through investigation, monitoring and staff education, ensure user access management
- Processes and procedures are audit compliant and through monitoring and staff education, ensure Customer Support and Security Team staff are kept abreast of changes to user access processes.
Key Skills Required
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience with access provisioning and user management with SAP, Aurion or ServiceNow
- Experience with extracting, analysis and presenting system data for review by a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyse, develop and implement more efficient work procedures using a consultative and collaborative work process.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Build and sustain positive and professional relationships with team members and key stakeholders, be responsive to changes in team members' and stakeholders' needs and expectations.
