This is not just about managing projects — it's about driving outcomes that matter. You'll be at the centre of major initiatives, ensuring projects run smoothly day-to-day, advising senior leadership on progress, and preparing high-level reports and submissions that influence decision-making at the highest levels. You'll be confident in building strong partnerships, tackling complex problems, and negotiating outcomes that balance risk and opportunity. Your ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, will be essential as you prepare ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, and Cabinet submissions. Above all, you'll be someone who can plan, deliver, and adapt under agreed priorities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
