We are seeking a Principal Business Partner, People and Culture for a 12‑month opportunity. In this senior partnering role, you will work closely with an EDQ business unit to shape people outcomes across performance management, workforce development and recruitment. You'll be embedded within the business, combining strategic advice with hands‑on delivery to lift capability and impact.

How you'll work
You will be embedded in the business area and operate as a trusted advisor—visible, responsive and outcomes‑focused. You will translate strategy into practical steps, remove friction, and help leaders and teams deliver. You'll report to the Manager, People and Culture while partnering day‑to‑day with your assigned business unit.

About you
You are an experienced HR business partner who brings:

- Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence through insight and evidence.
- Depth across performance management, workforce development, recruitment and change.
- Strength in coaching, facilitation and building leadership capability.
- Sound judgement and an understanding of operating within government or regulated environments.
