• Analyse business processes of legal and administrative teams.
• Use data modeling techniques to design applications.
• Develop, support and provide training in Visualfiles, Elite, Bighand and eDocs and other Crown Law business applications in compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Identify and implement methodologies for producing user-friendly IT systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to Crown Law business systems.
• Write and maintain relevant documentation.
• Provide guidance and assistance to the Team in the delivery of operational support and/or project outcomes.
• Assist team members and the Manager, Business Systems in the provision of high-quality support to legal teams.
• Assist in providing ICT services and client outcomes.
• Interpret data, modeling information analysis and reporting for a continuous improvement in services and applications.
• Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Maintain and periodically review Crown Law IT systems.
• Assist in the management of projects and report on progress as requested.
• Contribute to the development of team standards and procedures, ensuring a focus on the principals of best practice and continuous improves and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Promote the use of Crown Law applications throughout the practice by means of client presentations and post-release user support.
• Work in collaboration with team members and all areas of the Practice Management Branch to provide a high level, integrated service to clients.
• Identify new and continuous improvement opportunities that support Crown Law's values and contribute to business objectives.
• Demonstrate commitment to self-development and participate in development activities.
