We have an opportunity for an experienced engagement partner to join our team!

As an Engagement Partner, you will:

  • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Obtain a high level of understanding of your client portfolio's business environment and strategy by partnering, collaborating and collecting information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek to improve work practices, internal processes and procedures to ensure a positive engagement experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of Service Level Agreements and variations.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely billing of all service charges related to the position's allocated clients.
  • Update and maintain all spreadsheets, databases and records to produce reports for both the team and management when required.
  • Manage the communication of Service Level Management information within an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework.
  • Prepare reports and submissions where required.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of client and service excellence across the organisation.

  • Embraces continuous improvement and enjoys sharing knowledge with peers and stakeholders.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced ICT environment.
  • Has knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework.
  • Is passionate about making a positive difference for Queenslanders.
