Join the Public Sector Commission (PSC) as a Senior Project Officer and play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of the PSC's cornerstone projects - the Working for Queensland survey.

As the Senior Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of a whole-of-sector project that captures the voice of over 240,000 Queensland public servants.

As the Senior Project Officer you will work primarily on the Working for Queensland survey leading delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation in the survey program of work all while building sector-wide engagement, stakeholder relationships and managing suppliers.
You will have the opportunity to analyse Working for Queensland data and provide written and verbal briefings on key insights and data trends as well as creating connections between the various data sets held by the PSC.
There will be opportunity throughout the year to work on other PSC projects.
You will need well developed skills in managing complex and complicated projects with multiple stakeholders, strong organisational and coordination skills as well as an inquisitive mind and keen attention to detail.
