As the Partnerships Coordinator, you make partnerships work in practice. Through high-quality coordination and communication, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects, campaigns, events and reporting for our partners. With exceptional attention to detail and partner servicing, you will support the Partnerships Manager in ensuring the assets and contractual obligations of our partnerships deliver outcomes for the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS).

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the management of partnerships: Assist in coordinating and servicing QAS's partnerships to ensure we deliver on contracted obligations as well as receive entitlements owed to QAS.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnerships: Assist in the regular reporting and evaluation of partnership arrangements and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the delivery of key programs: Support the implementation of key programs and processes within agreed timeframes, ensuring they meet quality standards, align with partner needs, and are sustainable in a high-performance environment.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns, events and engagement activities: Assist in the planning and delivery of key campaigns, events and stakeholder engagement opportunities, including the successful coordination of initiatives such as the Dream Twice Careers Expo and IGNITE High Performance conference.
