As the Digital CMS Support Officer, you will:
• Support departmental teams by managing Squiz Matrix CMS structures and workflows, including user permissions, information architecture, assets and routine publishing tasks.
• Maintain and update the enterprise job-logging system, assisting with triage, escalation and providing first-level support for CMS and publishing.
• Assist authors with simple HTML/CSS/JS content issues (non-developer level), helping identify and resolve minor formatting or functionality problems.
• Provide advice to web authors and stakeholders on best-practice content management, governance requirements and CMS capability.
• Undertake other CMS and digital publishing support duties as directed.
