These roles will partner with teachers to design and deliver high quality learning experiences, differentiate instruction, and strengthen inclusive practices across the school. You will work alongside a supportive leadership team and enthusiastic staff who are committed to building strong foundations for students and for the school community.

As a relatively new school, WCSS offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive practices and systems while working in bright, contemporary learning spaces designed for collaboration and flexible learning.

Located in the rapidly growing corridor between Springfield and Ripley, WCSS is within convenient commuting distance, approximately 20-30 minutes from the centre of Ipswich and 35-60 minutes from Brisbane City, making it an attractive option for teachers seeking the energy of a new school community while remaining connected to major centres.

    • Can support teachers to differentiate learning and implement inclusive strategies
