Portfolio Delivery, through the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), provides oversight, coordination and assurance of reform programs and projects. The Adviser EPMO supports this function by enabling effective governance, reporting and engagement across QCS’s reform portfolio.

The Adviser, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) supports the delivery and oversight of Queensland Corrective Services' reform agenda by contributing to enterprise level portfolio governance, coordination and reporting.
Working within Portfolio Delivery in the Transformation Office, the role supports the Principal Analyst EPMO and Manager EPMO to ensure programs and projects are effectively governed, monitored and aligned to strategic priorities. The position contributes to providing an agency wide view of reform activity, enabling informed decision making and transparent reporting.
The role undertakes a broad range of program and project support activities, including coordinating meetings and workshops, providing secretariat support, maintaining project documentation, and supporting the preparation of portfolio level reports, briefings and submissions for diverse audiences. It plays a key role in analysing portfolio data, identifying trends, and supporting risk and issue management through established escalation and assurance processes.
The Adviser EPMO works closely with internal stakeholders across commands and divisions, as well as external partners where required, to support the effective coordination and delivery of reform initiatives. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
This position is suited to an individual contributor with experience in project or program support who enjoys working at an enterprise level, supporting governance and assurance processes, and contributing to meaningful organisational reform. The role offers exposure to complex transformation initiatives and the opportunity to support whole of agency change outcomes.
