The purpose of the PO3 Engineer (Civil) role is to support the delivery of the Gateway Motorway and Bruce Highway Upgrade (GMBHU) program by providing civil engineering assistance under the supervision of senior engineers. The role contributes to safe, timely and standards‑aligned project outcomes across planning, design, and construction phases.

You will be required to:

  • Support planning, design review, and delivery activities for road infrastructure projects, including early works and major packages.
  • Assist with engineering tasks such as quantity calculations, materials and geotechnical assessments, and participation in risk assessments.
  • Contribute to procurement and contract administration activities, including preparation of technical documentation and support to tender assessments.
  • Help ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, quality systems, and governance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, public utility providers, and TMR partners.
