Your Opportunity
This senior role sits at the centre of portfolio oversight and assurance for the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division. You will coordinate and strengthen portfolio controls, governance and assurance frameworks to support high quality infrastructure planning and delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, delivery partners and external stakeholders, you'll provide confidence that major programs are performing as intended and that risks are identified and managed early.

Your Responsibilities - In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of portfolio controls, assurance and quality frameworks for the Games Infrastructure program.
- Drive robust portfolio assurance by monitoring delivery performance, identifying emerging risks, and providing clear, timely advice to support decision making.
- Establish and promote best practice approaches to governance, reporting, risk management, scheduling and quality control across venues and villages programs.
- Develop innovative systems, processes and tools that improve portfolio visibility and assurance outcomes.
- Prepare high quality submissions, reports and strategic advice to Government, including delivery performance reporting and investment proposal support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across all levels of government, industry bodies and delivery partners.
- Represent the division at departmental, interdepartmental and interagency forums as required.
