As part of the Structures team, you'll play a vital role in planning, designing, and managing key assets like bridges, culverts, and gantries, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and long-term performance. As Principal Engineer (Network Planning and Investment), you'll shape the future of these critical structures by guiding their assessment, prioritisation, maintenance, and funding, contributing to Queensland's infrastructure and your career growth.

The Structures team is recognised across the engineering industry for its excellence in systems stewardship, technical leadership and its role in setting standards that shape the future of structural engineering in Queensland. Mandatory qualifications and conditions:

• A four-year Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree or equivalent which is assessed and accepted by Engineers Australia.
• Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with applicable area of practice (Structural or Civil)
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
