Queensland's passenger rail network is undergoing significant transformation in response to unprecedented growth and emerging demands. In the next decade, various large rail infrastructure investment projects and system enhancements will be delivered which will change the way people move. To ensure a co-ordinated approach in the delivery of this large rail infrastructure pipeline, TMR has established
a Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office.
The Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office:
• leads the delivery of a growing major rail program and has accountability for a nstate-wide program of major rail projects to deliver on the Queensland government's priorities;
• ensures that TMR rail project delivery teams work collaboratively and engage with each other and with Queensland Rail and Industry so as to deliver a consistent customer experience that meets emerging customer expectations

Provide high level support to the office of the General Manager, Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office within the Rail Division supporting key branch actions. Working in a fast-paced environment; flexibility, initiative and confidentiality will be required for dealing with staff at all levels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Prepare correspondence, presentations and other collateral using pre-approved wording and seeking advice from subject matter experts where required, to ensure customer queries are adequately addressed. Ensuring compliance with template instructions and writing style guides.
• Communicate and liaise with managers and senior executives from public and private organisations on a wide range of issues, respect confidentiality and maintain effective working relationships.
• Coordinate and quality assure ministerial and executive correspondence, and adhoc information requests, ensuring timeframes are met and issues are escalated where appropriate.
• Provide high level administrative support such as organising travel, corporate card payments, stationary orders and records management.
• Ensure appropriate governance frameworks and reporting are maintained and adhered to in order to ensure compliance with TMR guidelines and internal team processes.
• Other day-to-day tasks consistent with the role as assigned
