As Manager, Benefits Planning and Delivery within the Olympic and Paralympic Games Office (OPGO), you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivering of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role contributes to whole-of-Games coordination and supports senior Queensland Government stakeholders and Games Governance Groups to have a structured, aligned and integrated approach to planning, measuring, tracking and communicating the benefits from the Games for a lasting impact. Reporting to the Director, Benefits Realisation, you will also contribute to the broader Games Coordination unit, including Portfolio Management and the planning and delivery responsibilities of Games entities under the Olympic Host Contract.

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Benefits Realisation Framework, including program logic, indicators, methods, and processes, in collaboration with multiple delivery agencies across all planning phases of the Games lifecycle; establish the suite of measurement methods for indicators, ensuring compliance with International Olympic Committee (IOC) requirements, Games legacy requirements and agreed additional Games-wide benefits measurements; and develop capability uplift across Games delivery initiatives, including providing reporting tools, templates, and training resources.

To be successful in the role you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting, risk, budget, and Games coordination planning; develop highquality reports, briefings, and dashboards for the Games Co-ordination Executive, senior leaders, and senior Games governance groups, leveraging digital solutions;
and build strong partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, the Organising Committee (OCOG), and key Games Delivery Partners to ensure alignment and consistency.

Team culture is important and you will be expected to contribute to a workplace culture based on values and behaviours, ensuring a positive work environment that is safe, healthy, diverse, respectful and inclusive.
