As a Fine Resolution Officer you will analyse, interpret and apply relevant legislation and policy to assess and resolve fines-related matters. You will support the delivery of high-quality service across multiple channels, exercise sound judgement in decision-making, and contribute to the development of team capability through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Your typical day as a Fine Resolution Officer may include:
• Assessment of camera-detected offence images against relevant legislation to confirm infringement notice issuing action
• Reviewing and responding to correspondence from fine recipients in relation to infringement notices
• Provide first-point of escalation assistance and mentoring support to colleagues
