Duaringa State School is seeking a motivated and adaptable teacher to join our small, supportive rural school community. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong classroom management, build positive relationships with students, and deliver engaging learning aligned to the Australian Curriculum. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute actively to school life, bringing a proactive and flexible approach to teaching across year levels. Experience in multi-age settings or rural schools is valued, along with the confidence to differentiate learning and embrace the rewards of rural living in a welcoming community.

Current Opportunities:

Primary – Year 2-4 commencing 27/04/2026 – 11/12/2026

The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a genuine commitment to supporting students in a small rural school setting. Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to contribute to the broader school community are essential. Being organised, approachable, and able to adapt teaching to a range of ages and abilities will ensure success in this role.
