Your role within Corporate Services will support the department to provide high-level support to the Director-General, the Executive Leadership Team and the department in the areas of audit; finance; procurement; people and culture; information and digital; strategic communication and engagement and business support. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Support Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring system enhancement objectives are met through the quality definition of business requirements, and support and maintenance processes are followed including incident resolution.

What you will be doing:
• Assist in the resolution of business-related issues including the documentation of business processes and information system improvements.
• Receive, investigate, and resolves system issues, including working with customers to determine root causes and provide progress updates.
• Work with developers and testers to ensure that system enhancements and bug fixes are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Identify, define, record and communicate user and functional requirements including the development of user stories and user interface wireframes for necessary system enhancements.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and provide administrative support to the team leader through management of SCRUM boards and participation in project standups.
• Assist in the coordination of consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships are developed and maintained.
