Senior Project Officer
Governance & Business Support; Enabling; Queensland Revenue Office; Brisbane City
An AO6 Senior Project Officer vacancy is available in the Governance & Business Support division of the Queensland Revenue Office.
You will work in a team environment to provide support to the Director, Manager and Project Managers in PMO administration and be responsible for the delivery of key strategic projects and reporting.

Your typical day as a Senior Project Officer may include:
• Leading projects from start to finish to deliver key strategic projects.
• Managing relationships with Project Managers and Senior Responsible Officers to initiate and deliver their projects, ensuring they meet executive reporting requirements.
• Providing project portfolio management support to the Project Portfolio Board.
• Actively exploring opportunities to improve project governance and project performance.
• Working on a wide variety of initiatives that the Project Management Office is responsible for.
We are looking for an innovative and client focused Senior Project Officer to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and PMO administration.
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Experience in working within project delivery teams or similar is desirable
• Strong ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Highly developed communication skills.
