Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Proactively support senior stakeholders with project requirements, including documentation assistance, reporting within tight timeframes, and monitoring of sensitive issues and ensuring escalation where appropriate.
• Provide confidential, high quality administrative support to the Executive Director and Commercial Partnerships team, and maintain sensitive probity management frameworks, exercising discretion at all times.
• Actively develop and review administrative processes and systems for improvement opportunities, identify process blockages and work with relevant stakeholders to proactively support resolution and provide more effective and efficient work practices.
• Schedule, organise and where necessary attend meetings and working groups, and coordinate all necessary administrative support for such meetings. Take notes and prepare minutes for distribution if required.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement process documentation, including planning, market approach and evaluation.
• Actively participate in personal performance planning and appraisal through accepting and providing positive and constructive feedback. Undertake training and development opportunities that are identified as necessary to achieve work unit goals and gain awareness of corporate responsibilities through the appropriate induction processes and participation in other relevant programs.
