As an Executive Assistant you will:

• Manage the office and administrative functions associated with the Regional Director and provide high quality, confidential business support.
• Research, create and draft appropriate messages on behalf of the Regional Director/Manager through a variety of medium as requested.
• Maintain the Regional Directors' diaries including the organisation of meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, travel arrangements and accommodation.
• Assist callers, screen and intercept telephone calls and redirect enquiries to appropriate areas.
• Examine, disseminate and monitor all incoming correspondence (including emails received by the Regional Directors') and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and with officers at all levels within both public and private sectors in relation to service stream activities.
• Provide quality services in word processing, spreadsheet development, presentations and data input.
• Support Regional Directors and Manager with project administration as required. This may include, but is not limited to, asset management, financial reporting, procurement and record management.

Mandatory Qualifications

The possession of a driver's licence is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Accepted driver's licences fall into the following categories:

o “O” (open) or “P2” (provisional green P plate);
o and “C” or “CA” class driver's licence.
