This role involves teaching across Prep and Year 1 within a highly collaborative early years team. Strong support for differentiated teaching is provided by the Deputy Principal, HOD/C, and Inclusion teacher during the literacy block and English sessions, alongside a proficient full-time teacher aide in the classroom. Year-level teams work closely together to co-plan units of work, creating a collegial environment that supports both teacher development and strong student outcomes. 📚✨👩‍🏫
