An AO8 Manager, Digital Client Engagement vacancy is available in the Technology Revenue & Grants Division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This position is based in the Brisbane CBD.
In this role you will proactively collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and developers to deliver effective digital engagement and client‑facing solutions that leverage contemporary technologies and capabilities within an SAP ecosystem.

The Technology and Analytics Group within QRO is responsible for the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of Revenue & Grants and Technology Fines & SPER systems. The Manager, Digital Client Engagement position sits within Technology Revenue & Grants Division, and is part of the Platform Engineering team.
Your typical day as a Manager Digital Client Engagement may include:
• early client engagement, including governance around the prioritisation and delivery of new campaign and mass communications initiatives
• coordinating and collaborating with the business on robotic process automation initiatives
• negotiating and communicating outcomes with multiple stakeholders
• embedding opportunities to improve the client and user experience across our current business systems
• maintaining operational oversight of our telephony solution, Genesys
• Advising and assisting the build and deploy team in developing and maintaining the organisations' core corporate business solutions to ensure that they underpin core business processes and comply with internal and external requirements
• Taking ownership of your own development and growth and applying your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• High level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and fostering a confident and capable team, excelling in a client focused and technology environment.
• You will also ideally possess functional knowledge in one or more of the following SAP technologies: Public Sector Collections & Disbursement (PSCD), Tax Revenue Management (TRM), Financials (FI-CO), Contract Accounting (FI-CA), Customer Relationship Management (CM), Grants Management (GM), Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), Marketing and Fiori applications.
This position will be based in our Brisbane CBD office and flexible working options may be requested.
