An AO8 Manager, Digital Engagement vacancy is available in the Technology Fines and SPER Division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This role will be based in the Brisbane CBD.
In this role you will build strong networks within the organisation to proactively manage business requirements and lead the Digital Engagement branch. The role proactively seeks best-practice solutions and as technology changes and grows, mentors and develops their team to provide sustainable IT services.

Your typical day as a Manager, Digital Engagement may include:
• Meeting other managers and leaders in the organisation to understand the digital services they value, and work with them to identify opportunities to tune or improve those services in line with the organisation goals and the digital roadmap.
* Representing the Technology Fines and SPER division in our engagement with agencies external to QRO who rely on QRO's digital products and platforms.
* Working with your own team to foster their professional development, build out succession plans, and streamline the services offered by the division.
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• High level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a client focused technology environment.
• A proven track record in leading, managing and fostering a confident and capable workforce.
