Are you looking for a flexible, permanent part-time role (29 hours per week) where you can make a real impact?
QCS is seeking an experienced Senior HR Adviser who will draw upon their expertise in contemporary HR practices to develop practical, high-quality workforce policies and initiatives.
As a member of the HR Strategy and Workforce Intelligence Group you will work within a team to support delivery of the People Capability Policy Framework and support continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.

In this newly created role, you will:
- Develop and implement contemporary HR workforce policies and initiatives within a large complex frontline service agency
- Coordinate and provide expert advice about executive contracts
- Provide a high level of client service and consultancy by establishing a strong understanding of business requirements and perspectives
- Educate and influence stakeholders in the development and implementation of contemporary HR policy and practices
- Undertake research and analysis to inform requirements
- Support human resources practices by identifying areas of improvement anddelivering initiatives to support effective management practices
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Diverse HR experience at a senior advisory level
- Knowledge in interpretation and application of human resources legislation and policy
- Demonstrated written communication and research skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
