• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture connections with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring impactful communication and proactive support of corporate activities.
• Operational Expertise: Manage correspondence, briefings, and executive documentation, providing thorough quality control and maintaining comprehensive process protocols.
• Budget Management: Shape and oversee branch budgets, monitor expenditure, identify risks and recommend strategies for improved financial performance.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of learning and development, providing support and training to administrative staff to elevate their performance and leadership potential.
• Special Projects: Explore strategic business opportunities and manage crucial projects to improve the branch's systems and processes.

At its core, this role demands someone who is visionary, meticulous and collaborative - someone who can connect day-to-day operations with big-picture strategies.

What You Bring
We're seeking a dynamic professional with the skills, experience, and vision to succeed. You'll strive to:
• Lead with a solution-focused approach, offering extensive experience in financial, human resource and operational planning.
• Apply your expertise in corporate governance and performance reporting, ensuring best-practice compliance across the branch.
• Harness your strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to inspire teamwork and drive results.
• Use your proven experience with software and systems like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, MECS, and financial reporting tools.
• Foster a workplace environment that embraces diversity, equity, collaboration and mutual respect for all team members.

Why Join Us?
