We are seeking a Principal Property Services Officer who will work collaboratively and engage with stakeholders (customers, clients and suppliers) to progress work across a broad range of property and related service activities, including planning, solutioning, financial management and reporting.
You will develop and implement property-related planning strategies, programs, and performance measurement and reporting frameworks.

As a Principal Property Services Officer, you will:
• Deliver cost effective and value for money services and solutions, covering activities such as office accommodation: leasing; fit-outs and refurbishments; minor works; maintenance; security; relocations, employee housing and fleet management.
• Maintain a relevant knowledge of the requirements under the Work Health and Safety Act (2011) and other relevant government policies and frameworks to ensure the management of risks and safeguards of the interests of all employees.
• Assist in the development implementation and maintenance of effective administrative systems and procedures, providing advice and assistance to stakeholders (Customers, Clients and suppliers) on their implementation
• Build and maintain positive professional and productive working relationships with stakeholders (customers, clients and suppliers)
• Provide advice to, and work collaboratively with, stakeholders (Customers, Clients and suppliers) to develop strategies and facilitate outcomes ensuring appropriate linkages and consistency with whole-of-government and departmental frameworks and policies.
• Use initiative and developed decision-making and problem-solving skills to assess and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure effective delivery of priorities, processes and procedures.
• Promote a team culture of best practice, continuous improvement, high performance and accountability.
