As Manager (Technical Services), you will provide strategic leadership and direction to a high-performing technical unit that supports the delivery of TMR's infrastructure programs. You will oversee a broad portfolio including design, GIS and asset management, preconstruction, materials testing, environmental and cultural heritage services, ensuring technical excellence, compliance and consistency across the district.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a multi disciplinary workforce, applying robust governance frameworks, managing technical capability and resources, coordinating consultants, and providing authoritative technical advice to the District Director and program managers. As a valued member of the District Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and district-wide initiatives.
