We are seeking a passionate, flexible, and student-centred Secondary Teachers to join the Urangan State High School Teaching team. Urangan SHS is a school with strong momentum, currently undergoing an exciting phase of renewal.
The ideal applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, with the ability to engage and support diverse learners. They will be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic school environment, with well-developed interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture. A passion for building meaningful relationships with students, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice, is essential. The successful applicants will play a key role in this journey by contributing to a culture that empowers curious learners, fosters creative thinking, and builds connected, capable young people.
Current Temporary Opportunities:
- Mathematics/Science - Year 7/10 (full time, commencing ASAP - 11/12/26)
- English/Humanities and Social Services (Middle Years)/Geography/History - Year 7-10 (full time, commencing ASAP - 11/12/26)
