We are seeking a dynamic Executive Support Officer to join our Directorate, Environmental Services and Regulation Division. Working directly with the Executive Director, Senior Officers and Managers of the Minerals and Northern Compliance branch.
You'll be the ultimate multitasker - manage the calendar and inboxes, coordinate correspondence, and oversee the flow of communication in the out of the branch. Your organisational skills will shine as you arrange travel to ensure all arrangements run seamlessly.
In addition to providing executive support, you'll contribute to the branch's governance, provide business services support including finance functions, and assist in delivery of human resource and workplace health and safety initiatives. This role requires both agility and innovative thinking.
