Has the ability to influence and inspire at all levels with clarity and credibility.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital health solution and clinical validation - including working with bespoke solutions, overseeing agentic and AI-enabled tooling design, testing, and clinical validation - with the curiosity, systems thinking and rigor to challenge assumptions, surface and drive creative solutions and keep pace with rapidly evolving technology in health service delivery where the inertia of the status quo is present.
  • Proven well developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify risks, and define problems; seek root causes; and develop and implement practical and timely solutions, in consultation with project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high level attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple project activities and events under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver outcomes in an environment of competing priorities and changing demands.
