We are seeking an exceptional educator with strong expertise in senior secondary teaching, a deep understanding of QCAA requirements, and a commitment to rigorous assessment and moderation practices. The successful applicant will bring a growth-oriented, innovative and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to contribute to the development of a future-focused senior program from the ground up. They will demonstrate high expectations for student success, sound professional judgement in assessment and quality assurance, a collaborative approach to whole-school priorities, and a passion for delivering authentic, real-world learning experiences.

Requirements
Essential
- Demonstrated experience delivering senior secondary subjects, including Applied and/or VET pathways
- Strong understanding of QCAA processes, including endorsement, assessment, and moderation
- Experience (or strong working knowledge) of VETiS/RTO requirements within Hospitality or related fields
- Ability to design high-quality, engaging learning aligned to real-world contexts
- Capability to lead curriculum development and contribute to whole-school improvement
Desirable
- Experience delivering or coordinating Certificate II in Hospitality or similar qualifications
- A passion for innovative programs such as “Fresh from the Farm”, connecting food, sustainability, and local industry
- Established or emerging connections with agricultural, horticultural, or hospitality sectors
- Confidence in integrating digital and virtual learning environments to expand student access and engagement
