As a Senior Executive Officer you will:
- Manage the preparation of all briefing material for consideration by the Chief Information Officer.
- Provide a coordination, advisory and quality control service on the preparation of briefing material, meeting and agenda papers, to ensure compliance with legislative obligations, relevant departmental and government-wide guidelines and procedures.
- Develop frameworks and processes for the capture, analysis, reporting and action on client related matters in support of good governance and continual service improvement.
- Assist in coordination and reporting of all ICT related internal and external audits, reports and responses in a timely manner, to support ongoing implementation and monitoring of all recommendations.
- Develop, implement, maintain and review comprehensive systems of administrative practices and procedures for the Office of Chief Information Officer to support strong governance practices.
- Provide support to the Chief Information Officer in the conduct of strategic projects and with client and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong professional networks with other areas of the department to ensure effective integration, coordination and liaison occurs.
- Coordinate event management of staff forums, events and information sessions on behalf of the branch.
