As Assistant Advisor, you will be required to navigate numerous information systems to provide high-quality advice, assistance, and support in all areas of administration. You will also provide high-level support to the Recruitment team and manager on system and process improvement, as well as the management of competing team priorities.
In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the programs and the programs. This includes assisting with the coordination, implementation, and administration of these programs to ensure their success.

As an Advisor you will:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems, including design and development of our business processes and procedures.
- Provide a high standard of support in a range of administration of services for the Central Recruitment Team, including spreadsheets, databases and ICT, financial payments and corporate card reconciliation.
- Contribute to effective teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of other team members and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding services.
- With support from the team, develop and foster strong, positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to determine and enable effective delivery of the Central Recruitment Team services.
- Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to the Central Recruitment Team manager.
- Support the coordination and delivery of the programs, including liaising with educational institutions, managing placement schedules, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the programs, including tracking program outcomes, supporting recruitment efforts, and engaging with stakeholders to promote the program.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to the programs.
