Our Administration Officer will:
• Manage and administer a range of permits and other agreements in accordance with legislative requirements, including coordinating competitive sale arrangements and managing customer accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable functions including customer invoices and payments, Bank Guarantees, Security Deposits, Cash Covers of Account, refunds and forfeitures.
• Utilise a range of sales, resources and other information systems to deliver business requirements including recommending improvements to these systems.
• Liaise and communicate with internal staff, external clients, and other agencies in relation to administrative management of permits and sale agreements.
