*Your responsibilities*
As the Manager, Ethical Standards, you will:
• Provide expert advice on ethics frameworks, including corrupt conduct, public interest disclosures and conflicts of interest.
• Lead the development and implementation of ethical standards strategies, policies, and preventative measures to promote integrity, minimise risks and support decision-making.
• Manage complex investigations into suspected corrupt conduct and public interest disclosures, and ensure timely referrals to the Crime and Corruption Commission as required.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and mentor and build capability to enhance understanding and application of public sector ethics frameworks.
*What we are looking for?*
The position requires an applicant who can demonstrate:
• High level of experience in ethical standards/integrity functions and/or complex workplace investigations, with excellent knowledge of ethical standards legislative and policy frameworks.
• Ability to lead the development and implementation of ethical standards strategies, systems and processes, ensuring compliance with Queensland public sector requirements.
• Ability to analyse complex ethical and compliance issues and make sound, impartial decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships, prepare high-quality correspondence and mentor and build capability of a team to foster integrity andcontinuous improvement.
