An exciting opportunity exists for a temporary appointment, up to 31 December 2026, for an administrative all‑rounder who brings strong organisational skills, initiative and a can‑do attitude to supporting projects, people and business operations.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working autonomously to deliver assigned activities within agreed timeframes and quality standards, in compliance with public sector legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Provision of comprehensive project and business support, including data analysis, reporting, database maintenance, and accurate record management across systems.
• Coordination and supporting of people‑resource administration, including onboarding and offboarding of TMR employees and contractors.
• Drafting of correspondence, reports, minutes, submissions, and briefing notes of medium complexity, and maintain accurate, accessible information within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, succinct, and deliberate manner, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders. Supports others by providing timely information within their own area of expertise in an articulate and non-technical manner.
• Proven ability to effectively initiate, plan and prioritise realistic work goals, and negotiate and monitor timeframes to ensure timely delivery of own outputs, and those of a program / project in an environment of competing priorities.
• Demonstrated effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues, interpret and analyse information, determine an appropriate course of action and provide sound advice, options or recommendations.
