What you'll do

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

• Work independently, showing initiative to solve problems and meet targets in a fast paced environment
• Deliver friendly, professional and end to end customer service via written and verbal communication
• Provide accurate, timely information to a wide range of stakeholders
• Use sound judgement to resolve issues and escalate complex matters when required
• Complete accurate data entry and administrative tasks in line with legislation, policy and system requirements
• Support applicants and organisations to use online services, including the application system and organisation portal
• Educate organisations on portal capabilities and promote digital uptake
• Assist applicants and organisational contacts who cannot verify identity online
• Contribute positively to a team culture built on collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvement
