We're recruiting a teacher to join our close-knit team in a Behaviour Management/Student Engagement role (Prep-Year 6).
We are looking for someone who is calm, compassionate, highly organised, and able to build trust with students while maintaining clear expectations and consistent routines.
Experience in trauma-informed practice, behaviour support, inclusion, restorative approaches, and the implementation of programs such as PBL, You Can Do It, and Zones of Regulation will be highly desired.
