About the role (maternity leave backfill)
In this temporary role, you'll help people across TMR adopt new digital tools and ways of working, with a focus on building confident and safe use of AI. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across diverse groups.
• Experience designing information, learning and communication products that drive behaviour change.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and iterating based on feedback and data.

Why join us
Join a team that builds practical playbooks, learning, and communities that help TMR adopt new tools safely and confidently. If you like variety, influence and visible outcomes, you'll enjoy this role.
