Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide expert advice to governance boards, Ministers and senior departmental stakeholders on all elements of best practice delivery program management.
• Devise, manage and drive a culture of effective delivery program management to realise transport system improvements and outcomes for TMR's customers.
• Ensure all delivery program activities contribute to the bottom-line value of the organisation.
• Liaise with other functions in the department for alignment of ongoing delivery programs and how they interface with project, program and portfolio management processes and methodologies.
• Provide high level strategic decision support in relation to the delivery of a multibillion dollar per annum infrastructure portfolio per annum across the state.
• Drive the provision of education, coaching, support and assistance to Delivery Program Owners/Managers, Project Managers, Business Managers and relevant Delivery Program Management Offices.
