As the Temp Principal Advisor (Property), you will play a critical role in supporting the land acquisition and disposal activities required for the successful delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-level advice and technical input on all aspects of land tenure, including easements, reserves, and native title, ensuring risks and constraints are proactively managed to support project delivery.
- Lead and coordinate the acquisition and disposal of land for the project, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and policy frameworks, and maintaining accurate documentation across all transactions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, government bodies, local councils, property owners and external consultants to facilitate timely and coordinated property outcomes.
- Develop and implement the residual land strategy for the LGC project, in consultation with other government agencies, to optimise transport outcomes and ensure integration with current and future infrastructure.
- Support contract and stakeholder management activities related to property matters, including negotiations and oversight of property transactions.
- Work collaboratively with LGC teams and technical specialists to identify and address property-related risks, ensuring delivery aligns with project timelines and expectations.
- Contribute to a high-performing, solution-focused team environment by participating in performance conversations and promoting continuous improvement.
