Two roles available: One is temporary until 26 February 2027 and the other is temporary until 1 August 2027.
Join a dynamic environment where you'll support the delivery of strategic initiatives and help drive portfolio excellence. In this role, you'll join a newly established Transformation Management Office to enable strong governance, reporting and control across a diverse project portfolio.
You will:
Deliver monthly reporting to the Portfolio Investment Committee (PIC), providing clear insights and recommendations, tracking project progression across lifecycle stages.
Support the scoping, assessment and coordination of new project investment within the portfolio, including stage gate submissions to PIC.
Monitor and report on benefits realisation for completed projects and support the establishment and ongoing improvement of portfolio controls, including planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issues and reporting.
Develop and maintain templates, user guides, standards and documentation aligned to the QBCC project framework and contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management practices
About You
Essential:
- Experience working in an EPMO or PMO environment
- Proven portfolio or program delivery experience
- High level investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills in project management
Desirable:
- Hands on project delivery experience
- Experience developing project management frameworks, tools and templates
