We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Principal Engagement Partner to join our team at CITEC!

CITEC is a trusted provider of ICT services, delivering innovative solutions that support Queensland Government agencies in achieving their goals. As part of our Stakeholder Engagement Team, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

 

About the role
As a Principal Engagement Partner, you will:

  • Lead and support a small, high-performing team to deliver impactful business outcomes by leveraging their specialist expertise and skills.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage client-centric roadmaps, strategic plans, and process improvements.
  • Champion best practice methodologies to ensure a seamless and positive engagement experience for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee and coordinate complex client proposals, Service Level Agreements, and other key deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of client and service excellence, driving continuous improvement across all areas of engagement.
