The role of the Senior Administration Officer is to provide high quality financial, human resource and administrative support to the Work Group.

As a Senior Administration Officer you will:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems, including systems relating to the management of human resource, finance, asset, performance reporting and business processes.
- Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to the Regional Services Team.
- Maintain and report on Departmental mandatory and other training data.
- Manage the business processes relating to the human, financial and physical resources, including preparation of budget forecasts and expenditure, reconciliations and management of accommodation and assets.
- Manage and supervise an administrative team and provide assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff.
- Participate as a member of the Regional Services Team and contribute to strategic and operational planning, reviews and key decision making.
- Liaise with clients, Departmental officers and other government and non government organisations as necessary.
- Enhance the local regional community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional client service.
Your mandatory requirements:
- Possession of a current ‘C' Class drivers licence.
- Blue Card [you are unable to start until you have a valid Blue Card]
