This role is suited to a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across varied tasks and supporting multiple stakeholders. As a Project Support Officer within Engineering & Technology (E&T), you will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift to meet business needs.

You will work closely with project teams, business units and corporate service partners to provide reliable project, administrative and resource management support. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in providing advice and assistance to a wide range of stakeholders.

Successful candidates will demonstrate well-developed communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment. Experience working with systems, SharePoint, reporting tools (including Power BI), and contemporary government processes will be highly regarded.

The role offers exposure to a range of projects and initiatives, providing an opportunity to develop transferable skills and gain valuable experience within a large and complex organisation.
