Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in rail project delivery, including representing TMR in relevant governance forums.
• Provide high‑quality advice, reports, briefings and correspondence to support senior executive governance, assurance and oversight of major rail projects.

You will be part of:

• A branch with state wide influence, responsible for setting the long term strategic direction for Queensland's rail network.
• A department with purpose, contributing to the wellbeing, safety and connectivity of communities across the state.
• An employer that values your expertise, encourages professional growth and supports you to excel in your chosen field.

What we offer

• Work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements, including flex time and working from home options.
• A central Brisbane location, close to Central Station and public transport.
• A supportive and collaborative team environment, with strong investment in training, leadership development and career progression.
• Attractive employment conditions, including generous leave provisions and superannuation.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing advice for senior executives.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with delivery teams, subject matter experts and senior leaders.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, IT or a related discipline is highly regarded but not mandatory.
